Return Process

  Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranty cards, and protective packaging included to ensure full credit.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
